*We have two road bikes available (one for men and one for women) for accidental use, but they are for emergency use only. We are sorry, but we cannot provide children’s bikes.
Rough schedule
09:30-10:00 Reception hours
10:00-10:15 Move to the venue for the opening ceremony
10:20-10:45 Opening Ceremony at J-Pro Tour Stage
10:45-12:30 Free time (to watch races, eat, etc.)
12:30- Gather in front of the reception desk at the Ginkgo Namiki special site
12:30-12:50 Race briefing
12:50-13:20 Free Practice (Practice Time)
13:20-15:50 Race time
15:50-16:00 Move to the award ceremony venue
16:00-16:20 Awards Ceremony
16:30- Dismissal. Thank you for your hard work.

Meals
The convention does not provide this service. Kitchen cars and other vehicles will be available at the event site (Jingu Baseball Stadium).
Insurance
Please be sure to purchase your own bicycle insurance.
Photography Permission
The tournament staff and YouTubers will be filming and publicly distributing the tournament on the day of the event.
We are sure that you have obtained the above permission at the time of your participation, but please check again.
